    same happened to me today, i talked to an advisor and basically nobody can do anything about it, the advisors are really nice and helpful but they genuinely cant do anything about it. sucks all round

      same has happened to me for the past week. Randomly in games and only started the last week or so. No issues before then at all. I'm PC and DC 4 times last champs and now 5 times this champs. Internet, when streaming, doesn't cut out so it is an issue with EA somehow!
