Disconnecting mid game

All the Steam/EA PC users are experiencing this same issue. When playing in the middle of the game it disconnects me and states this error that it's going to be "under review" ever since the new update. Can you kindly look into this because the game is unplayable for me and alot of other PC users at the moment, Thanks.
