Disconnection every game and every online mode

Every game since thursday ive went into, starting off eith pro clubs, ive never had issues before and then boom it kicks me out 30 mins in due to something like sync error? Ans then i tried and tried...

The same problem happens to me in every Clubs match. I'm frustrated because I can't play a single match until it's over.

I've tried countless ways to solve the problem, but I haven't found a solution yet.
