Disconnection warning when disconnection was non on my side

I was disconnected several times when my internet connection was stable. Despite that disconnections were not because of issues on my side, my DNF modifier was updated. As I see, the issue is known since the game was released. Would you consider to stop punishing clients when the problem od not on our side?

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. We should try to be sure the disconnects are not coming from your end. Let's check the quality of your connection. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score.

    Hi,

    In attachments I'm sending screenshots z with ovrral score and with score from lasy game: I was disconnected when the score was 99. Today I played several games in Spirit of Africa Tournament and Spirit of Africa League with no issues. The last game was in Darwin Cup and I was disconnected despite the score 99 and no packet loss.

    Thank you. The score doesn't look bad. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here?

    This is either an error on EA or the player we are playing is hacking it’s happened to me 4 times in the last two days in the Darwin Cup. My game is connected all day no issues, I have fiber internet that literally never goes down. Right before kickoff the game kicks me stating I have a connection issue takes away a Cup attempt and gives opponent a 3-0 win. You’ve got to be kidding me! EA what’s your suggestion? And don’t tell me to check my network or settings. This isn’t my first Rodeo. I literally just want to earn Gnabry and move on.

    Try deleting all your squads. Not your players, just your squads. Create a new squad and try again. If it continues, try using completely different players. if it works, you've got a player that's glitched that is causing the disconnect.

    Wow, you’re joking right? So once again you’re blaming this on the consumer? It’s my fault I didn’t find the glitch in your game, and you couldn’t respond to me until after the challenge expired and I wasn’t able to complete it? It wasn’t a glitch. I was able to make it to the Final two times with the same squad only to have the game kick me off at the start of the final resulting in a 3-0 loss. Thanks for the prompt and ineffective response.

    Oh look, I made it to the Finals of the Sterling Spotlight Cup, kickoff happens and immediately disconnects the game stating MY network issue. Absolute BS! I’ve been playing your game since 2012, and this is by far the worst year I’ve experienced! Fix the freaking game! Take a look at my progress of the tournament everything but winning the Final. Kinda hard when it won’t even let me play the game! Figure out compensation, a fix or you’re losing a loyal customer this year, this is the third Cup in a row that I’m constantly losing attempts and games before they even start!

    EA, are you doing anything about this? I sick of losing multiple attempts a day because of an error with YOUR game!
