Hello EA Support, I want to report a serious issue during FUT Champions in FC 26 where I was disconnected twice from matches that I was clearly winning and both were counted as losses which directly affected my rank and rewards this week, in one of the matches my players suddenly became extremely slow and unresponsive while my opponent seemed completely normal which felt suspicious and not like normal delay, I invest a lot of time in FUT Champions and this makes the competition unfair, please investigate these disconnections, review the match data for suspicious activity, and consider compensating affected players with restored rewards or appropriate compensation, if this continues happening it will be difficult for me to consider buying FC 27, I hope this issue is taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible, thank you.
