EA FC ultimate team champions rival desconection win doesn't count

I was playing in PC against a console player, I was wining 3 - 0 and the rival pause the game, quit...but the game shows me a sign that says...we are veryfing your result, but didn't gime me the victory as its suposed to...simply that game did't count as played...it is not the first time than this happens...Ea fix this bloody error and compensate players whom has been victims of that bug
