EA Play Trial still loading when cancelled and bought the disc

I used the EA Play Trial on Xbox One, I completed the 10 hours play and have cancelled the subscription. I went to play FC26 on the disc and it said EA Play Trial at the top of the home page and will not load any of the game modes. I’ve restarted console - didn’t work. Uninstalled the game, reinstalled game - didn’t work. The Xbox home menu registers the disc and now says “play” rather than “play trial” but once the game loads it’s got a bug on it where it still thinks it’s on trial. How can this issue be fixed?

    Exact same is happening to me. I got it to work by doing a hard reset but keeping games and apps. It worked for a day then The trail came back to haunt me. Can’t get to work again now, trail only.  Joke of a game.

    I’ve figured out a temporary fix, when the game is loading press a on the controller to cancel connecting to EA servers then press on ultimate team and join EA servers that way. But it’s still Trial/ Ea play and access every time I load the game otherwise
