Ea servers are unable yo process your request bug

I was on a win streak and i was about to get promoted and right when i won the game it didn't even register my win and it says the ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment please try again later. This is ridiculous and i WILL NOT PLAY AGAIN AGAINST THESE TOXIC TRY HARDS i just need what i earned and i earned that win and that promotion please review the footage i have the complete footage of it showing its my promotion match and i don't want any excuses regarding this issue either give me a win or give me 5 icon packs as compensation.
