EA SPORTS FC 26'S MENU GLITCH

When I am in the menus on FC 26, I can't highlight options freely; it's stuck on the top. That includes Clubs' menus, such as PlayStyles selection and Skill Games' selection. I don't suffer from stick drift (I tested that in the gameplay). There's also a bug in Co-Op; I'm unable to do anything as a joiner when I join my friend's game.
