Early Access Elimination Bug

7 Days ago I logged a ticket regarding the issue with the Early Access Elimination bug. Community Managers said they are aware of it, EA Help said they are working on fixing it. Well the events are over, I couldn't compete in the Early Access Finales because of the bug and missed out on lots of potential rewards. EA Help keep on saying they are looking to fix this, it isn't on trello, EA haven't tweeted about it and the community managers have gone silent. Surely all there is left for them to do it give whoever is effected compensation for their lost potential rewards and close the issue as it was a limited time event. Please can someone from EA give us some sort of answer already!
