Evo item bugged

Ea, recently when playing fc26 I saw the ea fc 26 companion app and thought i would try it out, but once I downloaded the app and tried to claim rewards on it, a evo item had become glitched, to were no matter what I tried, it wouldn't be claimed, making it impossible to open packs. Please, look into this as at the moment I am making little to no progress.
