EVO Not Tracking

I played previous games with Carlos Augusto, but saw that no credit was given to his play. I made sure the EVO was active and played 3 games as required winning all three. I went to update the EVO and saw that no games were credited. There only remains 11 hours of this objectives and I will not be able to repeat another 3 games due to this glitch
