Evo player not in club but still get 'you already have an evolution..'

I've done couple of evolution to a silver player that got it into a gold rating. Then, using the webapp I've accidentally submitted the player, due to visual bug, to the "Silver Upgrade" SBC, which should only accept to "sliver exactly" players.

I'm not asking to get the player back, which should be in my case, but rather not blocking "you already have an evolution version of this player issue" a fresh evolution for that player at least.
