Evolution went missing

I started a evolution - "Ball Movement" for my player - Openda and the corresponding evolution did not show in My Evolutions page for me to complete the objectives. I could not find this evolution back on "Fast" evolution page too. The evolution is expired and I could not do anything. Please investigate this issue.
