**FC 26 Ultimate Team Keeps Freezing/Crashing on PS5**

FC 26 Ultimate Team keeps freezing on my PS5. The game worked normally when I first got my PS5 in October, but the problem started around January.

The freezing happens while using Ultimate Team and makes the game unplayable.

I have already tried:

• Using Wi-Fi and Ethernet
• Using a different internet connection/mobile hotspot
• Turning off other devices on my network
• Restarting my PS5 and router

The problem still happens even when using a mobile hotspot, so it does not appear to be caused by my home internet connection.

I previously played FC 26 on Xbox using the same EA account and did not experience this freezing problem. I have also played FC 26 on PC using a different EA account and Ultimate Team worked normally there.

The issue appears to be specific to FC 26 on my PS5 and/or my EA account on PS5.

Please investigate whether there is an account/platform-related issue causing Ultimate Team to freeze on PS5.
