[FC 26 UT] Hamano Live Card Upgrade Missing for Weeks – No Communication

Hamano’s live / special event card was announced to receive an upgrade starting November 11.
The event is active, conditions are met, but the upgrade is STILL not applied.

This is affecting multiple users.
No explanation, no delay notice, no fix.

This is a clear Live Content bug.
Live cards must update correctly.

EA needs to either:
- Apply the upgrade immediately, or
- Officially confirm that the upgrade was cancelled or delayed.

Please fix this issue.

    Exactly. If third party trackers can clearly show the criteria being met, EA should be able to either apply the upgrade or officially explain why it doesn’t apply here. Silence isn’t an answer.

    The upgrade has now been applied.

    This confirms it was an issue, not an eligibility problem.
