FC 26 Web App Bug Report - Disappearing Evolved Player Item

Subject: Critical Bug Report: Player Item Disappeared from Club (Evolution Item Lost)

Dear FC 26 Technical Team,

I am writing to formally report a critical bug encountered within the EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Web App.

Issue Description:

An evolved player item is missing from my club inventory. The player item, which was a successfully completed Evolution of the player Ayoze Pérez (or please insert the correct player name if it's different), has completely disappeared.

Steps Taken (Context):

  1. I successfully completed the required steps for an Evolution on the player item.
  2. The player was in my club and was not submitted into any Squad Building Challenge (SBC), Quick Sold, or used in any other permanent exchange.
  3. Upon logging back into the FC 26 Web App (and/or Console/Companion App), the evolved player item was no longer present in my club.

Impact:

The loss of this evolved player item is significant, as it represents a considerable investment of both time and in-game currency. The current estimated financial loss is approximately 50,000 Coins (the cost of the initial player and/or the Evolution fee), in addition to the time spent completing the challenges.

Requested Action:

I kindly request that your technical team investigate this issue immediately to determine the cause of the player item's disappearance. I ask for the player item, Ayoze Pérez (Evolved), to be restored to my club as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you require any further information, such as my EA ID/Gamertag or the specific Evolution path used.
