Hi, I've bought FC 26 on my Xbox One S via the Microsoft Store, but the game's unplayable due to frequent crashes and loading screen issues. I've played for over 2 hours, but that's mostly due to waiting for it to load or trying to get it to work. Given the game's poor performance, I'd like to request a refund.  Purchase platform: Microsoft Store
