FC26 Champions Win not registered

Hey FC26 Team.

I just won a game in Champions on Penalties but instead of advancing to the next screen after the kicks were done, the screen just kept changing and not allowing me to advance. The advance screen did not show up for 10 mins so I closed the game and reopened it hoping that the win would still register. This was not the case as I received a disconnection warning when I opened Ultimate Team again. 

Please correct this and grant me the win as it affects the overall Champions rewards. Not fair that the players have to suffer because of bugs in the game

    I just had a similar case this week man, the opponent left the game at around min 30 and i was winning 5-0, i clicked advance everything looked normal then i saw that the screen did not register my win and neither registered it as a game played at all. These guys are not responding anywhere, i do not know where to contact them
