Fc26 crashes after editing rosters

My friends and i like to edit rosters and put our favourite players on our own clubs then play each other but for some reason after doing it this time it caused my game to crash after trying to make a team sheet. Now every time i open the game and i go to team sheets to edit or go to play a kick off match and attempt to edit the squads it crashes my game.
