FC26 crashes during match intro cutscene (Career Mode)

I’m experiencing frequent crashes in EA Sports FC 26 during the match introduction cutscene (before kickoff).

Skipping the intro cutscene usually prevents the crash, but this is not a proper solution and significantly affects the experience.

This issue makes Career Mode unstable and breaks immersion. It seems related to intro cutscenes rather than gameplay itself.
