Feedback on the bug related to the controller and character creation.

I encountered a bug while customizing my character's appearance in modes like Manager Mode and Player Career. I'm playing the game on a laptop with a PS5 controller connected via Bluetooth. When I enter the head-editing section in the character creation menu, the cursor automatically jumps around, making it impossible to select the specific features I want to edit. However, other sections like basic info and clothing customization work fine. Additionally, the controller keeps vibrating continuously on the main menu, and the vibration only stops when I go into a submenu. But the issue returns as soon as I go back to the main menu. I’ve tried all the solutions mentioned online, but none of them worked. I really want to enjoy the game, but this bug is extremely frustrating. I hope you can provide a solution.
