Fifa26 ultra slow game play

I’ve been running PC games (especially FIFA/FC) for years without any issues, but FC 26 is giving me a headache. I’ve started experiencing a weird type of lag only during actual matches; it feels like the game goes into slow motion. As far as I know, so many other users are also experiencing the same issue, and there is no way to fix this.
I have taken a few suggestions from the forum and uninstalled the game and again started fresh, again after some day specially mid season in a managerial career mode, this issue is back. 

My system config. 

• Intel Core i7 9750H
• 32 GB RAM
•  RTX 5060 8 GB
• 1 TB SSD 

I’ve already tried:

• Updated all NVIDIA and Windows drivers
• Restarted my laptop
• Lowered graphics settings (even tried the lowest)
• Cleaned fans to reduce temps
• The game is up to date
• Set the game to 60 FPS and run the game in windowed mode
