Did you manage to solve it? I'm having the same problem: I completed the objective, but the market is still locked and I can't sell any players.

On a new account it does, but you need to do the objectives again. My mistake was claiming the reward on the web app and not in-game, which seems to have caused the system to think it hadn't been completed. On the new account, I did it all in-game

It seems that the issue is if you claim the objective on the companion app and not in-game. Then it doesn't sync in the backend
