Fix Ballon d'Or in Player Career Mode

  • Multiple 100+ goal seasons, some with 50+ assists
  • Strong performance in UEFA tournaments, even in final matches; often the player of the match
  • Plurality/majority of league Player of the Match/Week/Month awards
  • Always in UEFA Team of the Year
  • Consistently league Player of the Season
  • Consistently the player with the highest average match rating across all leagues
  • ...then I lose the Ballon d'Or to a teammate who has far fewer goals/assists and lower average match rating (who for extreme clarity I beat for league Player of the Season)?

The criteria are opaque and unpredictable and baffling. Feels like I'm cheated every year. Please make it more consistent, or in the very least provide further insight into the criteria and weighting.

    Couple addendums:

    • Team always wins the continental cup, the league cup, and the UEFA tournament
    • I have >2x the goals of the next highest goal scorers in each competition

    It's really weird and off-putting! Like, games are defined by their rules, and awards should be judged by fair criteria. This is anything but, and it's happened in every season I've played in '25 and '26. When a game is no longer fair, it diminishes the fun. It's just Calvinball.

    To say it needs a look is an understatement.
