Football Fanatics Week 1 Portuguese playmaker task bug

I've completed 7/8 of the Football Fanatics Week 1 tasks, but the last one isn't progressing. I'm working on the Portuguese playmaker task, but it's not progressing. I'm making assists with crosses from the Portuguese player, but when the match ends and I go back to the task section, it hasn't progressed. There are only 2 days left until the task ends. Please find a solution to this.
