Freezing picture during the match

I had a problem during a rival game when I scored my fifth goal and drew with the opponent. The picture froze on my team trainer, and the game started, and the opponent scored his sixth goal. I couldn’t see anything during that; I couldn’t even pause the game. Attached is a video of the issue.
