Hi, I’m having an issue with FIFA.
The game freezes randomly, especially when I enter Ultimate Team or sometimes before even getting into a match. Other games work perfectly fine on my console, so the problem seems to be only with FIFA.
I have already tried reinstalling the game, restarting my console, and rebuilding the database, but the issue is still happening.
Can you please help me fix this problem?

The issue starts as a freeze. The screen completely stops and the game becomes unresponsive. I have to manually close the application,When I try to close it, it takes a few seconds, and then I get an error message and the game crashes.
I’m playing on PlayStation 5.

Did you also clear the PS5 cache when you rebuilt the database?
Is your console in a well ventilated space and are the vents free of dirt/debris?
The error message I get says that something went wrong and asks me to send a report (I don’t always see a specific error code).
I have not cleared the PS5 cache yet, I only rebuilt the database.
My console is in a well-ventilated area and the vents are clean.
