Friend receiving CS Kudus after 2 wins instead of 3

as the new cornerstones kudus objective came out, me and my friend both decided to attempt the gauntlet and try to complete it to receive the card, he somehow managed to glitch the game and receive it after only 2 wins instead of 3, while i am now on day 3 of the gauntlet getting  my third 2/3 wins and still not receiving the card, I ask of tea to politely address this bug and to remove the card from his account, his PSN is Jimboboydy, thanks
