Friends not showing up in Ultimate Team

I can't see my friends on the Ultimate Team Leaderboards, can't see peoples squads in couch play and can't to invite to a co-op session. It basically does not show any of PSN friends on the game.

 Despite having 20+ friends on PSN playing EAFC Ultimate team.

Have tried reinstalling and checking privacy settings.
