Full screen display mode not working since update.

I logged in to the game today, and it is only showing in one quarter of my monitor, despite being set to full screen and having previously worked without issue. The only way I can get the game to play in full screen is by selecting "borderless" display mode, but then it runs with excessive stutter and frame drops/freezing, which never occurred before today's update (when I was previously using full screen).
