Fut champs win counted as a loss

I am writing regarding an issue in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team Champions on the PS4 version of the game.

My PSN gamertag is Yasziin, and I am playing in the EU region. I played the game around 00.30 Finland time

During one of my Champions Finals matches, my opponent forfeited the game. I should have received the win, but instead it was incorrectly counted as a loss. This completely changed my results and prevented me from reaching a higher rank.

Because of this bug, I had only one match remaining and no longer had any chance of improving my rewards. I even gave away a free win in my last match because winning no longer benefited me. This situation made my entire Champs run feel wasted.

Please review the match from your system logs and provide compensation, as this error was not caused by me and had a direct impact on my rank and rewards. I rarely complain, but this has genuinely been frustrating and has affected my overall experience with the game.
