Future Stars guarantee pack didn't include a Future Star

I have not received any compansation on this. So it is not sorted at all, I paid real money to open these packs, also, I would like to question your “chance percentages” I opened a few 100 players packs that presented a 6% chance of pulling a TOTY player, 6% of 100 players is 6 TOTY players in 100, so why did I not pack 6 TOTY cards in the 100 player pack………I didnt pack a single TOTY……this company is just all about money now, you have taken the fun out of the game and I have been playing since the very first Fifa in 1994…….this will be my last year.

EA_Vendcera​ it's been 2 days since you claimed it's "fixed" and all players have received "make good". We haven't got anything. When is this going to be fixed?

Up! Still no update after claiming it's "fixed". EA_Vendcera​ I officially demand my money back.

thanks for letting us know. I've passed this on again, and it turned out that this was an issue not only with the Future Stars Guarantee pack but also with the Deluxe Future Stars Guarantee pack. The team is looking into providing a make good for these impacted players as well.

Has anyone reading this actually had the issue resolved yet?

It's weeks later. You didn't deliver. I want my money back. 

And again 2 days have passed. I want my money back, the original problem was 18 days (!) ago. Make good isn't going to change anything. I have the right to get my money back, because you haven't delivered in time.

EA…..this is now becoming a joke, I am owed 4500 fc points because your deluxe future stars packs did not deliver me the 2 guaranteed future stars players in the packs and i was also pulling 80 rated cards when the pack was 84+

I know man. I’ve been waiting for 19 days now, and zero. I want my FP back and not “make good”. Will be the last FC I’ll play. 

Crazy thing is, when it is a mistake that benefits the players, like the Yamal POTM issue or when they accidently let you put an Evo on Silver Icons that took them to 86 rated cards, capped and put right in a matter of minutes, but when it is an issue that effects the players, days and days of waiting, this will also be my last FC, I am sick of making EA money for the rubbish they provide.
