Game Breaking Bug After Last Update – Losing Wins and FC Points

Hello EA Sports Team,

Since the last update, I’ve been experiencing the worst gameplay experience ever. Almost every day, I face serious issues that make the game unplayable.

• After winning matches, the game gets stuck on the post-match loading screen. I have to restart my PS5, and when I come back, the win is not counted.
• When trying to complete SBCs (DME), even a simple player search doesn’t load. I’m forced to restart the game again, and all my progress is lost.
• Today was the worst situation: I bought a 1000 FC Points pack, opened it, and after sending the players to my club, the game froze. Once I restarted, both the players and the FC Points were gone.

Now, I’m not just losing time — I’m losing real money.

I’ve been playing FIFA/FC since 2016, and I’ve never seen anything like this before. I need this issue resolved and my lost FC Points refunded.
