How to recreate it(PS5):
Go to build a squad and press R1, hit the start button to enter "multi-swap", select a player for the open spot, then hit R1 to move to the next slot and it bugs out. If you hit R1 on an empty player that isnt in your club, you have to restart the game, if you go to the next available player in your club, it acts as if you opened the actions menu.
Happened to me too. Restarted my game, tried multiswapping again, and got stuck after pressing RB. I'm using an Xbox controller on pc, so it might just be a bug with controllers.
