What platform are you all playing on?
If you're on PC, could you please provide your system specs and what CPU and GPU you are using.
Even better if you could upload a DxDiag as described in our EA Help article.
Click on the paper clip symbol when replying to attach the DxDiag .txt file to your post.
If you can think of any other specific detail, like if this only happens with a specific team, let us know!
Hi, Im playing on the PlayStation 5. Its now happening in every competition. I've moved to the Premier League, thinking the loading would solve it but no.
It started around January in my third season. It crashes during the player lineups at different times. I can skip the intros or turn them off to get around it.
same here. 3rd season in january, if you request full intro. please EA adress this.
