i have the same exact issue. im in my 3rd season as well, szarted to crash in january if i request a Full intro before games. I signed 1 player in january. playing on PS5. I issued multiple reports with screenshots. Please ea fix this, bc it kills the immersion.
all troubleshoot methods were tried and nothings seems to fix this.
What league are you doing your career mode in? I did mine bundesliga. Signed player in January and recalled a player and then jt started crashing
