Game Crashes: Offline Teamsheets, Created Players + Customised Club Transfers

When making changes to teamsheets and club transfers in offline settings on PS4, the game creates duplicates of players; crashes when Ì try and use an edited team in Kick-Off or Career Mode; or locks teamsheets so they can't be edited.

Have wasted hours and hours deleting all my created players and edited teamsheets and have not even started a Career Mode yet. This NEEDS to be resolved and patched.
