Game crashing every time in pre match intro- manager career ps5

Every time I play a game and watch the pre match intro, the game has crashed. The only current way around this is by skipping it completely, which takes the immersive aspect straight out of the game and is something you simply shouldn’t have to do after spending £90 on a game on release. I have only noticed this since the most recent title update but am extremely frustrated after having so many issues with last years game, which I basically found unplayable for the majority of the year after so many bugs and crashes. I would appreciate if this could be resolved asap, as again this is ruining the game experience which so far I have found to be better.

    Yeah I have the same issue, still isn’t fixed. Absolutely ridiculous that this is happening and still isn’t fixed, so over EA and these continuous bugs that ruin the experience. When will this be fixed? Cause if I had to start a new manager mode, I’m done.

    Game crashes every time I play a match in manager mode in the intros, I’ve heard to skip it but it crashes before I can skip, this is ridiculous that these bugs are in the game, totally ruining the experience, need a fix asap EA. If I have to create another manager mode I’ll be very upset and who’s to say this won’t happen again anyway, I give up.

    I play on PS5, the game has had this same problem since launch and EA hasn't fixed it. Every career mode that reaches the third season starts having the same crashing problem.

    Still having this issue myself. Months have gone by and they’ve not fixed it they don’t give a **bleep**
