Game crashing

First of all every time i tried to add players to my bench for my gauntlet team the game froze and i had to restart, after i finally got past that every gauntlet game i have gone into i’ve been kicked from within 20 mins and it has counted as a game played and given me a loss even if i wasn’t losing. Something needs to be fixed with this game or im done with it and want a full refund for everything ive spent
