Game Crushes after player transfer

I wanted to create a top team for Padova using the “Club Transfers” option in the settings menu. The transfer section works fine — I added the following players:
Di Gregorio, Oblak, Hincapié, Aké, Vivian, Araújo, Dimarco, Frimpong, Tielemans, Çalhanoğlu, Palmer, Zaccagni, Estevão, FitzJim, Gordon, Barella, Pedri, Leão, Zhegrova, Kolo Muani, and Mbappé.

Then I set up the tactics, and everything was working correctly. I also saved the squad file as “Squad 2.”

After that, I closed the game and reopened it to check if the transfers were saved. When I went to “Team Sheets” (still under the settings section), I selected Padova and boom the game crashed with error code CE-108255-1.

I’ve tried every possible solution, but nothing changes. I also tested it on my friends’ PS5 consoles, and they experience the same issue. I even tried assigning the same players to teams other than Padova, but the result is the same.

The crash doesn’t happen only in “Team Sheets” it also occurs in Kick-Off Mode. I can select the team, but when I get to the kit selection screen, the game crashes again with the same error.

I’ve also tried changing the language, switching graphics modes, and other settings  nothing works
