Game laggy for a few seconds after a loading screen

So basically after any loading screen (start of the match/halftime) game works in 1 fps and is like several seconds delayed with the server because after several seconds it speeds up like it wants to catch up with the server and comes back to normal. In first half its not a problem cause i am able to pause the game to wait for it to load but at halftime the cutscenes are so delayed that my pause input is delayed like 15 seconds with the server. My pc is ryzen 5 7500f arc b570 32 gb ram. I know that intel arcs are not the best optimized cards on the market but the problem is not on the gpu side cause my friend with nvidia gpu has got the same problem (his game also crashes too that he cant play one full match). I hope yall fix it before new years eve.
