Game looks corrupted but GPU seems fine

I've been getting this visual glitch over the last few days which randomly appears during different screens including in game making it unplayable. It appears randomly and I haven't been able to notice a pattern. I launch the game through steam and have tried verifying the game files as well as reinstalling the game but this has not fixed the issue.

    Disconnect your HDMI cable at both ends then reseat securely. Retry playing and if the issue remains, it may be worthwhile updating or reinstalling your video drivers as they could be corrupted. Let us know how you get on. Thank you.

    I've unplugged the monitor cables but when it switched to my other monitor I had the same result so I don't think it's that. I've also updated and reinstalled my graphics drivers with no results too.

    Apologies for the late reply. If new video drivers have not helped, unfortunately, the next thing to look into is if you may have a hardware issue. Ideally, you would have another GPU to test with in your PC but I do understand that is a big ask.
