Gameplay glitch

Was playing some champ games, and I get in the game and every single on of my players says it used by another person. All my players have a white triangle on their head and I cannot switch onto them. Then they just stand there giving the other player a free goal. I lost 2 game because of this reason and I want my games back because I need these rewards. Im not sure about the first game but the 2nd game I went against an all silver/ low gold team, im not sure if that has a part to play in the glitch.
