So I had already played one full gauntlet before 6pm and was halfway through my second run, finished the second after 6pm and now have no resets, not even one. You’re supposed to get two every day, and it bugged. Please fix this and/or give me compensation of some kind as now I probably won’t be able to get the card for winning all 3.
I have the same issue. Since this is not working, I won't be able to play the 2 entries today and probably miss on some rewards. Really dissapointed because of this!
Same issue here. Played yesterday. Won my first 2, lost in the final. Started my second attempt and lost. But it didnt reset. Logged on today and my players were still with the red circle from yesterdays run. I figured hey maybe its a bug, made a really bad squad and played my first game. Of course i lost..but afterwards it AGAIN did NOT reset. It put me into the 3rd round of a gauntlet i had won zero games on. I won the 3rd game.. and was left with zero games left. No opportunity to continue with game 2/3. MASSIVE ERROR HERE EA!! This is not acceptable and the worst part is i expect nothing will be done about it. This bug will almost certainly prevent me from completely the group objectives, (which i was able to do for Kudus)
doesn't seem like a bug we can be compensated properly for, as it is a timed event and we've all seemingly missed our chances.
I also lost my two attempts for today after I tried to carry over my second attempt from yesterday. EA needs to do a quick refresh for everyone to give them 2 more attempts for today.
Have this issue on pc. Loaded up this morning to gauntlet, seeing that i have no attempts remaining
Had the same issue, forgot to finish my 3rd game on tuesday before wednesday refresh. played it after 6, counter said i had 2/2 attempts, played 1 of the 2 attempts - after completion it now says -1/2
Same issue, and I can't complete the 12 wins.. Do something EA
I'm having the same issue today, I am a West Ham fan and desperate to get the Diouf. Hopefully EA can compensate the Diouf if they do not reset my attempts ASAP. I don't care about the packs, I just want to use the Diouf card!
Good to know we all wasted our efforts and shouted into the void that is EA customer service these days. Were left with nothing but the pain EA's mistakes caused with their bugs/glitches. But if it was a glitched EVO or something that affects THEM they fix it IMMEDIATELY
