Glitch in season pass while choosing reward

I entered the season pass after levelling up my game froze and I was clicking buttons in frustration of it being frozen and when it unfroze it said that I selected my reward and the reward I selected wasn’t the one I wanted and I have no idea how to reverse the choice that I didn’t make and if you are seeing this ea it’s the 3rd level of the 7th season I would really appreciate if you could compensate me in some sort of way to just reverse the choice or even create a system and give people a refund every season to give them the chance to switch only if the item hasn’t been used
