GLITCHED EVOLUTION

EA please help me fix this man. I received loads of rewards from the old season pass and it let me claim every single one bar 1 evolution with no name. Everytime i click it just says can’t connect to the EA servers. I have so many packs to open and fifa points that i can’t use. My gamertag is RM7_03. Please help me man I’m so done with this game.
