Goals being scored in Extra Time almost every match

Either my players or the opponent's get some magic powers in the 45+1/90+1 minutes (extra time) and go through all the players until they score a goal. Most of the time it goes 2-3 minutes into extra time just to score a goal. In 1 out of 2 matches this happens and it is unacceptable. Even if it happens in my favor it is very annoying and not fair at all.
Basically, this bug makes you score or concede a goal in the final phase, as seen in the video after the kick-off goal and immediately the whistle blows.
