I opened some packs from the season pass and one gave me gold Kounde. Shouldn’t he be TOTY?

We've reviewed the pack history and it looks like many opened the Gold TOTY Nominees Starting Pack, which grants Gold 82+ OVR players. That means you cannot pack any special players in those specific packs(no TOTW or TOTY).
Please always check the pack odds/description if you aren't sure.
