Gold Players in 89+ RTTF Pack

Dear EA,

I had purchased a store pack (Road to the Final Guarantee Pack) using 250k coins on Friday (3rd April) before the release of the Trophy Titans Promo. I forgot to open the pick due to some other priorities & opened the pack late on Saturday (4th April). To my utter shock, only 4 gold cards came out in the in the pick (screenshot attached). Kindly look into this matter as I have been looted of 250k coins for 4 gold cards in the 89+ rttf pick which was part of the store pack. Plz address this immediately for me to enjoy continuing playing the game without feeling injustice

    Dear EA,

    It has been two days since I posted my problem. Till now, I have not received any acknowledgement. Kindly plz address the issue at the earliest as it becomes difficult to follow up everyday

    Day 5! Yet no acknowledgement. If you can't solve the problem due to your mistake, just convey the same. I will stop following up. Otherwise I will keep on posting once everyday
